Meet the Staff

Dr. Michele Raithel, NMD

Dr. Michele Raithel is the founder and CEO of Revolutions Natural Medical Solutions. She specializes in chronic disease, natural pain management and anti-aging medicine. This branch of medicine includes solutions for everyone interested in optimizing health and preventing disease.

Dr. Raithel received dual degrees from Lindenwood University in St. Louis Missouri including a BA of Biological Sciences and a BA in Theater with a minor in performing arts. While researching and applying to allopathic medical schools, Michele was also searching for ways to learn more about natural therapies. She was excited to find that there were accredited medical institutions that taught science based alternative medicine as part of the curriculum. As she read more about the philosophy and methods involved in Naturopathic Medicine her path became clear.

During her time at Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine in Phoenix Arizona she learned that there were more proven natural alternatives to restoring health than she had ever imagined. Dr. Raithel has dedicated her education and life to learning methods of treatment that are proven to restore health and vitality (see Naturopathic Training). Revolutions medical group has made it a priority to create a business model that allows as much time as needed to treat a patient with the thorough medical care that they deserve.

A comment from Dr Raithel: "One year before my mother had a stroke she said to me that a doctor told her that her case was too complicated and he didn't have the time that he would need to help her. If I had known what I know now I truly believe that my mother would still be alive. No patient will ever be rushed out of my office. I will spend as much time with you as necessary to put together an effective treatment plan that you can live with. I will also manage referrals if needed to ensure you receive the best comprehensive care."

Michele believes that a balanced life is essential to a healthy mind and body. She has continued dancing throughout her adult life and was a member of the famous London dance studio "Pineapple". She enjoys exercising often using various styles from "gym rat" to yoga to hiking. Dr. Michele also goes to the theater as often as possible.

Dr Michele is a member of the AANP, ACAM, and AZNMA professional associations. She also holds Naturopathic Medical licenses in Arizona and California.

Dr. Raithel focuses on giving you back your health, making you feel younger, and more energetic while taking as little away from your necessary day to day lives as possible.

Anita M. Larrow, NMD

Dr. Anita Larrow received a BA in Biology and Chemistry from Bluffton University, Bluffton, Ohio. She then graduated with Honors from Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine and Health Science (SCNM) in Tempe, Arizona. Throughout her medical training at SCNM, Dr. Anita worked with MDs, DOs and NDs in Arizona, California and Ohio, thereby allowing her to understand the wide range of treatment options presented to patients. She challenged herself to appreciate the different medical structures, not judging one better than another but understanding each one's place in the treatment of patients. For in the end Dr. Anita believes the purpose of being a doctor is to help the patient.

She is a member of the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians (AANP), the California Naturopathic Doctors Association (CNDA) and the Novato Chamber of Commerce (NCOC). Dr. Anita enjoys making house calls, as it allows her patients to relax at home after a treatment. In her spare time Dr. Anita enjoys working outside with her plants and cooking vegetarian meals with family and friends. She traveled the world on Semester at Sea while in college and continues to travel.

Ryan Weitman ND, CSCS

Dr. Ryan Weitman is both a Naturopathic Doctor and a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist. He has established a dual-professional career in natural medicine and exercise science, which he integrates in clinical practice.

Ryan began his journey into understanding human health, first as a fitness professional, and then as a doctor.  Having been a personal trainer since the age of 19, he has accumulated fitness information while gaining many years of working face to face with clients.  Prior to becoming a doctor, Ryan has over 15 years experience as a personal trainer helping clients reach their goals in commercial, rehab, and private settings.

After finishing his studies and clinical training in Naturopathic Medicine, Dr. Weitman opened “Naturopathic Exercise, A Medical Fitness Studio” in Kirkland, WA.  In this practice he served a diverse clientele with metabolic disorders, obesity, osteoporosis, immune dysfunction, orthopedic issues, and many others ailments.  It was here that the integration of natural medicine and fitness first took place.  A typical patient would have a program developed by Dr. Weitman that would begin their transformation into a healthier body.  In these programs patients would receive a detoxification protocol, clinical nutrition plan, medications, prescription vitamins, and an exercise plan that incorporated rehabilitation and general strength and conditioning.  Patients not only got over their ailments, aches and pains, but they also felt better than they had in years.  Now Dr. Ryan Weitman brings his programs to Folsom, CA at Revolutions Natural Medical Solutions.

Dr. Weitman combines medical and fitness expertise to improve his patients’ overall health.  His approach has positively affected clients of all ages with a wide variety of chronic and acute conditions.  Creating the healthiest version of yourself will enable healing, improve your immunity, and make you better able to handle the rigors of modern living.

Dr. Ryan Weitman is a Naturopathic Doctor and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.  He graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Human Physiology from Long Beach State University in 2000.  Later he finished his Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine in 2005 at Bastyr University.  While completing his naturopathic doctorate, he discovered that his extensive knowledge and experience in the fitness industry greatly complemented the fundamentals of natural medicine.  Dr. Weitman’s mission then became to integrate what he had learned about diet & exercise with Naturopathic Medicine. Developing “The Weitman Protocol” became the focus of his early clinical practice. His philosophy in practice can be discerned from some of the following quotes.

“When I work with my patients, I am interested in embracing the whole being and facilitating Transformation not Treatment.”

“I help sick people get well and then into the greatest shape of their life.”

“The more you obey the rules of nature, the healthier you will be.”

“The key to health in this day and age is not only to learn from the insights of using modern scientific tools, but also respecting Mother Nature and the wisdom of the past, and whence combining the best of both.”
